If you are looking for a realtor to sell or buy please consider Risa Corson! I have sold 2 homes and bought 3 in the last 10 years. My experience with realtors prior to Risa was not great, to say the least. I found that I was doing most of the legwork when it came to finding the right home that fit my needs (i.e. searching online myself etc.) with the realtor not doing much in that respect. I also found that they weren't always available or didn't really have your back as their client. With Risa, my experience was completely different. We had a unique situation where we were selling 2 homes and buying a third. We needed at least 5 bedrooms and preferred all bedrooms on the second floor with 3 full baths.
