- Dimora Ristorante, Norwood
Dimora Ristorante is an Italian gem in Norwood, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their traditional Italian cuisine is made from the finest ingredients, making it a great place for friends or families to savor classic pasta dishes, delectable meat or fish dishes as well as wonderful cocktails. We are regulars at DImora and often bump into many friends and local residents here. I have to admit that their Branzino is my favorite and no other restaurant we have been to has come close .Besides offering nice bar area and cozy dining room experience, DImora offers a nice size private room upstairs for private parties and events. The tented outdoor dining area is perfect for sitting outdoors on a nice warm night. Nick and his family know a good amount of their customers by name. This is a local favorite.
- Sear House, Closter
If you're craving perfectly cooked steaks and seafood, Sear House in Closter is the place to be. Known for their top-notch grill selections, it's an ideal spot for celebrating special occasions or just getting together with friends and family. Their sesame crusted tuna and spicy shrimp appetizer are one of my favorites at Sear house. Their bustling bar is knows for their cocktails as well as for a place to gather. Sear house offers a smaller private room on the ground level, an indoor outdoor new private room and a larger private room that can accommodate approximately 50 on the second floor. This restaurant also offers a special rooftop deck that serves drinks and dinner. The cool rooftop is a wonderful place to gather in the warmer months!
- Varka, Ramsey
Varka brings the flavors of the Mediterranean to Bergen County. Seafood lovers will adore the fresh catches of the day, and the inviting ambiance makes it a great place for dinner. Delicious.....I mean delicious food. Their seafood is so fresh and atmosphere is inviting. A bit more of a drive from the Eastern part of Bergen County but well worth it.
- Axia, Tenafly
For a taste of modern Greek cuisine, visit Axia in Tenafly. Their menu is a fusion of traditional and contemporary dishes, ensuring that everyone in the group will find something they love. We love the poplo here as well as many of the dishes. Their hummus and pita is wonderful to start. They too offer tented outdoor dining in the warmer months.
- Brasserie Memere, Closter
Brasserie Memere is a cozy French-inspired eatery in Closter. The charming bistro ambiance and a menu full of delectable French dishes make it an excellent choice for dinner. Their duck leg is wonderful as well as the tartlettes. Behind the glass windows lies a covered outdoor dining area with heaters perfect in the warmer weather.

- Sofia, Englewood
Sofia in Englewood is a trendy Italian restaurant offering both indoor and outdoor seating. With a diverse menu and a welcoming atmosphere, it's perfect for customers with varying tastes. This has a lively bar and cigar bar below.

7. Elia, East Rutherford
Elia is an authentic Greek restaurant in East Rutherford. From fresh salads to succulent lamb dishes, you'll be transported to Greece with every bite. The atmosphere is very lively and their outdoor dining garden makes you feel like you are in Greece. Instagram worthy. They offer private rooms for parties as well. This restaurant is located in the southern most part of Bergen county but worth the trip. It has a great Vibe.
8.Andiamo, Haworth
Andiamo in Haworth is a local favorite, offering a mix of Italian and American cuisine. The cozy ambiance and varied menu make it a great casual spot for families or friends to enjoy a relaxed dinner Andiamo offers an outdoor dining deck in warmer months. Their pizzas are fabulous.

9.130 Club, Tenafly
If you're seeking a traditional American steakhouse experience, the 130 Club in Tenafly has you covered. The steak cuts are sublime, and it's an ideal venue for hearty appetites. Swanky type feel and local.
10. The River Palm Terrace. Edgewater
If you love a good steakhouse this one will not disappoint. Besides their wonderful steak and fish dishes this popular destination offers some of the best Sushi we have had in Bergen County. The Andy roll and Alpine roll are two of our favorites. The Tuna is fantastic and of course my regular is the Lobster tail. Seating upstairs as well as downstairs this restaurant is. not always easy to get into so make reservations ahead of time.
